Eco-Property Tour with Grace Orchard School

Thirty-three students from Grace Orchard School and five team members embarked on a educational tour that highlighted eco-friendly features and environmental protection around Marina Bay Sands. The students learned green tips, fun facts and how the design and architecture of the property help save the environment by reducing energy and saving water.

Celebrating Lunar New Year with Grace Orchard School

Seventy Team Members celebrated Lunar New Year with students from Grace Orchard School. Students were brought on a tour of Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, Sands SkyPark and an exclusive look at our working environment within Marina Bay Sands. The tour concluded with a tower making contest using materials such as cups and red packets.

Children’s Day @ Metta School

Thirty-three Team Member volunteers took time out to celebrate Children’s Day with special needs students from Metta School. The event was organized by the Marina Bay Sands CSR Committee and Metta School, which allowed participants to enjoy a meaningful afternoon of fun and games. The event line-up included a concert, mass dance and a carnival that included game stalls, roving performers and tele-matches to give the volunteers a chance to interact with the students.

Baking lessons with Metta School.

Team Members from Marina Bay Sands conducted a pastry baking workshop at Metta School. The workshop was all the more meaningful as 3 Metta School students, who are currently F&B interns on our Youth inspiration Internship Program, joined the group in teaching fellow students the techniques of pastry making

Clean the Bay with Waterways Watch Society

15 Team Members from Marina Bay Sands played their part for the environment when they participated in a Clean the Bay initiative by Waterways Watch Society.

Floral Arrangement and Towel Folding Workshop at Metta School

Five Team Members from Marina Bay Sands  volunteered their time and headed down to Metta School to teach a group of students the art of floral arrangement and towel folding.
