This is the online privacy policy ("Policy") of Venetian Casino Resort, LLC and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary entities (collectively "The Company"). This Policy applies only to activities The Company engages in on its web sites (the "Sites") and does not apply to The Company's activities that are "offline" or unrelated to the Sites. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

When you visit our Sites, we track certain information that is non-personally identifiable. Data is collected in aggregate and anonymously, which may include the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, the pages you visited on our Sites, and how you arrived at our Sites. Similarly, our Sites are not intended for persons under the age of twenty-one (21). In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, persons younger than 21 years of age are not allowed to use our Sites, accept offers, or win contests, and we do not knowingly collect information from such persons.

The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children are not permitted to use the Sites or services, and The Company requests that children under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to the Sites. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, The Company does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.
