Sands Rewards Club Promotions Terms and Conditions

Additional Terms and Conditions at Sands Rewards Club Outlets:

  • Privileges are only available at Sands Rewards Club outlets at Marina Bay Sands.
  • All purchases and redemptions must be made by the member personally. Membership card must be presented at point of purchase or redemption.
  • Members are not allowed to use more than one membership card in a single transaction. Sands Points and Sands Dollars may only be earned and redeemed with one membership card.
  • A 20% administration fee, payable in Sands Dollars, will be charged for all redemptions using Sands Dollars at all partner outlets, including all third-party outlet transactions that are settled via hotel folio.
  • No Sands Dollars and Sands Points can be earned with redemptions.
  • Purchases of goods or services associated with earning and redemption of Sands Dollars and Sands Points are not eligible for refunds.
  • Retroactive credits will not be issued in conjunction with all Sands Rewards Club transactions.
  • Redemptions with Sands Dollars are not eligible for tax refunds.
  • Top-up cards, as well as purchases using gift cards, gift certificates or shopping vouchers, etc, are not eligible for earning and redemption.

  • Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

Hotel Room Offers:
  • Guest must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Upgrade based on availability, one level room upgrade only, no suite upgrade.
  • Promotional rates are applicable for booking of only one room.
  • Promotional rates and other benefits are subject to availability, first come, first served, blackout dates apply. Promotional rates are before tax and service charge.
  • Extension of promotional room offer charged at prevailing rate.
  • Guest must present credit card at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. For a non-guaranteed reservation, management has the right to release the reservation 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur full cancellation fees at the prevailing rate.
  • Promotional rates and other benefits are non-transferrable, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, within a three-day period.
  • Offer can only be redeemed once, limited to once per guest per visit.
  • Offer not exchangeable for cash.
  • In order to earn Destination Points for hotel bookings, reservations must be made through Marina Bay Sands directly and payment must be made to Front Office upon departure.
  • Abuse of policy will have membership status revoked.
  • Marina Bay Sands is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or undeliverable mail and coupons. Duplicate copies cannot be issued.
  • Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd reserves all rights.

For Platinum and Diamond Members (Complimentary Parking)

  1. Members must provide document proof of car ownership, and the vehicle IU number to qualify for complimentary parking.
  2. All registration for complimentary parking will take up to 72 hours to activate.
  3. Each Platinum and Diamond member is entitled to complimentary parking for one vehicle only.
  4. Minimum card rating/ activities on the card is required to enjoy this benefit and is subjected to management’s discretion.
  5. Parking privileges are only extended to members visiting Marina Bay Sands.
  6. Any abuse of use of this privilege will be subjected to management’s decision to withdraw this privilege and/ or result in membership disqualification.
  7. This privilege is subjected to change without prior notice.
  8. Marina Bay Sands takes no responsibility of system malfunction for this privilege.

For Premier and Gold Members (Redemption Parking)

  1. Limited to 2 ticket redemptions per member per day.
  2. Lost, stolen, or damage ticket will not be replaced.
  3. Tickets are not transferable.
  4. Parking privileges are only extended to members visiting Marina Bay Sands.
  5. Any abuse of use of this privilege will be subjected to management’s decision to withdraw this privilege and/ or result in membership disqualification.
  6. This privilege is subjected to change without prior notice.
  7. Marina Bay Sands takes no responsibility of system malfunction for this privilege.
