Terms & Conditions 条款及条件

  1. The promotion duration is from 31 May 2013 to 28 July 2013 (59 days) and consists of the following 2 promotions:
    1. Shop and Stay
    2. Great Singapore Draw

    Shop and Stay
  2. Eligible members ('Members') are required to earn Destination Points during the 'Earning Period' and must swipe their membership card at the designated Sands Rewards LifeStyle (hereon referred to as 'SRL') kiosks within Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (hereon referred to as 'MBS') during the 'Kiosk Operating Time' as mentioned in the redemption table details below.
  3. Hotel Stay Credits can only be used for hotel room charges, not including incidentals or other expenses charged to the room folio.
  4. Hotel Stay Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other hotel room packages or special offers.
  5. Hotel Stay Credits may only be applied to room booking at least within 24 hours advance reservation notice.
  6. Hotel Stay Credits are to be used at MBS and subject to availability during the time of reservation.
  7. Hotel Stay Credits will be valid for three months from the issuing date. No extensions of Hotel Stay Credits will be allowed.
  8. Hotel Stay Credits are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.
  9. Member must present their membership card in order to utilise the Hotel Stay Credits.
  10. Any unused amount of Hotel Stay Credits cannot be retained or refunded in cash.
  11. Limited to one member per room booking when using Hotel Stay Credits. Hotel Stay Credits cannot be combined with other members' Hotel Stay Credits.
  12. Destination Points and Destination Dollars cannot be earned on the amount of the Hotel Stay Credits redeemed.
  13. Members who fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions will have their MBS Hotel Stay Credits forfeited.

    Great Singapore Draw
  14. Members are required to swipe their membership card at the designated SRL kiosk within MBS during the 'Ticket Printing Period' as mentioned in the Lucky Draw Details below to print the lucky draw ticket(s) containing his/her name and membership account number.
  15. Members must deposit the lucky draw tickets in the draw barrel from 4pm onwards until 5 minutes before each lucky draw on each draw date to qualify. Members are not allowed to deposit the lucky draw tickets into the draw barrel after commencement of any lucky draw.
  16. Members will receive one (1) free lucky draw ticket on each lucky draw day when they swipe during the Ticket Printing Period.
  17. Members will receive 1 additional lucky draw ticket for every additional three (3) Destination Points earned within the 'Qualifying Period' on each day of the promotion.
  18. For every three (3) Destination Points earned from 6 May to 30 May 2013, each Member will receive two (2) lucky draw tickets. From 31 May to 28 July 2013, every three (3) Destination Points earned, each Member will receive one (1) lucky draw ticket.
  19. The number of lucky draw tickets is capped at 188 per member for each lucky draw date.
  20. MBS may award bonus entries to members at its own discretion.
  21. There will be a total of three (3) lucky draws sessions conducted at the drawing area located at B1 Concierge near Omega - one (1) lucky draw per hour at 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm on the draw dates.
  22. Three (3) random lucky draw tickets with membership account numbers ('Selected Members') will be drawn at each draw respectively. A total of nine (9) members will be drawn on each lucky draw day of the promotion.
  23. Selected Members must be present at the draws and approach the draw area within twenty (20) minutes of announcement of the draw result and will have a chance to win a prize through a random draw method (e.g. wheel spin, punch box, mystery envelopes, pod, etc.) to be decided by MBS management.
  24. Selected Members who do not fulfil the requirement of approaching the draw area within twenty (20) minutes of announcement of the draw result will have their status as 'Winners' forfeited and will not be eligible for any prize claim.
  25. One (1) redraw will be conducted for each initial Selected Member that fails to turn up to the drawing area within twenty (20) minutes of announcement.
  26. Selected Members can only win once on each draw day in this promotion. Should a member be selected twice on any given lucky draw day, a new member account will be drawn in its place.
  27. In this lucky draw, a 'Winner' is defined as a Selected Member who identifies himself at the Draw Area within twenty (20) minutes of announcement of the draw.
  28. All prizes must be collected at Drawing Area located at B1 Concierge near Omega on each day of the promotion.
  29. MBS will issue a prize payout voucher for cash prizes won.
  30. All other claimed lucky draw prizes in Destination Dollars will be credited into member accounts within 24 hours.
  31. Selected Members are required to present their NRICs or passports and valid membership cards for verification upon claiming of prize.

    General
  32. A ll registered SRL members in good standing are eligible to participate. Only members in possession of membership cards with their names and photographs printed on the card will be able to participate in the promotion.
  33. Members whose SRL account will accumulate more than the maximum $20,000 Destination Dollars agree to sign and abide by the rules set forth in the 'Great Singapore Draw Winner's Letter'.
  34. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  35. MBS is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by MBS, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant's ability to participate in the Promotion.
  36. The following parties are not eligible to participate in this event: (i) advertising agencies and affiliates of MBS; and (ii) employees of MBS and their immediate family members. It shall be the duty of employees of MBS to inform their immediate family members that they are not eligible to participate in this promotion. MBS reserves the right to refuse to issue a prize to a winner determined to be non-eligible.
  37. By participating in this promotion, each member consents to the use of their names and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation by MBS.
  38. Members are compliant and agree to the Promotion's Terms & Conditions as well as the Terms & Conditions of SRL Program.
  39. MBS may revise, alter or delete any part of the promotion and may revise, alter or delete any Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  40. MBS reserves all rights in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to the right to postpone, temporarily halt, or terminate this promotion, or adjust the prize structure, type and distribution at its sole and absolute discretion.
  41. MBS has the right to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. Members that fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions will have their prize(s) forfeited.
  42. The Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions are only provided for reference. In the event of conflict between the Chinese and English version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

    畅享购物住宿乐
  2. 合格会员（即"会员"）需于积分赚取时间内赚取度假胜地积分，并于以下幸运抽奖详情所示的"电子站操作时间"内，前往设于滨海湾金沙私人有限公司（以下称"滨海湾金沙"）内的指定金沙尊赏时尚电子站刷其会员卡。
  3. 酒店住宿奖赏只限适用于房价，不包括附带费用或宾客额外要求的费用。
  4. 酒店住宿奖赏不可与任何其他酒店客房配套或特别优惠一起使用。 
  5. 酒店住宿奖赏只限客房预订24小时之前进行。
  6. 酒店住宿奖赏仅限于滨海湾金沙使用，并在预订客房时视情况而定。
  7. 从签发日开始，酒店住宿奖赏有效期为3个月。酒店住宿奖赏不可延期使用。
  8. 酒店住宿奖赏不可转让与兑换现金。
  9. 会员必须出示会员卡以使用酒店住宿奖赏。
  10. 任何未使用的酒店住宿奖赏将不可保留或退款。
  11. 使用酒店住宿奖赏时，只允许一名会员预订一间客房。不可连同其他会员的酒店住宿奖赏一起合并使用。
  12. 使用酒店住宿奖赏将不可赚取度假胜地积分与度假胜地奖赏钱。
  13. 会员若违反任何条款及条件，其滨海湾金沙酒店住宿奖赏将被没收。

    新加坡超级大抽奖
  14. 会员需于以下幸运抽奖详情所示的"打印抽奖券时间"内，前往设于滨海湾金沙内的指定金沙尊赏时尚电子站刷其会员卡，并打印附上其姓名及会员号码的幸运抽奖券。
  15. 会员须在每个抽奖日的下午4时之后至幸运抽奖举行前的5分钟，将幸运抽奖券投入抽奖箱。会员不允许于任何幸运抽奖开始后将抽奖券投入抽奖箱内。 
  16. 会员于"打印抽奖券时间"的每个幸运抽奖日刷卡时，将获取一次免费幸运抽奖参加资格。
  17. 于活动期间，每赚取3个度假胜地积分，可获取一张额外的抽奖券。
  18. 每名会员于2013年5月6日至30日之间，每赚取３个度假胜地积分，将获取两张幸运抽奖券。于2013年５月３１日至７月２８日之间，每赚取３个度假胜地积分，则将获取一张幸运抽奖券。
  19. 每个会员于每个幸运抽奖日只能领取最多188张幸运抽奖券。
  20. 滨海湾金沙将有权给予会员额外参加资格。

    新加坡超级大抽奖
  21. 抽奖当日将于活动推广区（位于B1层，靠近Omega的礼宾部）进行共3次幸运抽奖 -即于抽奖日傍晚6  时、晚上８时及10时，进行幸运抽奖。
  22. 每个幸运抽奖时段将随机抽出三张含有会员帐号的幸运抽奖券（"被抽中的会员"）。每个抽奖日将抽出9名会员。
  23. 被抽中的会员必须在抽奖成绩公布后的现实20分钟内亲自到达活动推广区确认中奖。。一经确认，该获奖者将会根据以下滨海湾金沙管理层所决定的的随机游戏(如幸运轮盘、幸运球、幸运信封等)方式赢取相应奖赏。
  24. 若被抽中的会员未能于上述限时内到达活动推广区并确认身份，将不可视为"得奖者" 且被取消领奖资格。
  25. 每位最先被抽中的会员若无法在限时20分钟内到达活动推广区，将重新进行一次抽奖。
  26. 被抽中的会员于每个抽奖日仅限一次得奖机会。若某名会员在任何抽奖日被抽中两次，将另外抽出一名新的得奖者。

    幸运轮奖品分配
  27. 在此幸运抽奖中，"得奖者"意指在抽奖成绩公布后的限时20分钟内到达活动推广区确认被抽中的会员。
  28. 会员须在每个活动推广日到达抽奖区（位于B1层，靠近Omega的礼宾部）领取奖金或奖赏。
  29. 滨海湾金沙将发出所赢得现金奖的派彩券。
  30. 其他所领取的幸运抽奖奖赏（度假胜地奖赏钱）将于２４小时内记入会员的账户。
  31. 中选会员在领奖时需出示其身份证或护照，以及核证身份用的有效会员卡。

    一般条款与条件
  32. 所有正式登记，遵守会章之金沙尊赏时尚会员均可参与此推广活动。只有在会员卡上列印有其本人名字和照片之会员才有资格参加此活动。
  33. 若会员所持有的金沙尊赏时尚账户累积超过最高限额$20,000度假胜地奖赏钱，将签署及遵守 "新加坡超级大抽奖通知信" 所列下的条规。
  34. 所有奖品均不得转让及不可更换。
  35. 滨海湾金沙将不对（a）电子传送误差或延误，以致无法参与活动或其他损失；(b)偷窃、破坏、未经特许使用或修改的参加资料，或任何的技术、硬件、软件故障； (c) 遗失或无法提供的连接系统，或延误的电脑传送承担责任。当中包括可能限制传送程序或防止参加者参与此推广活动，由滨海湾金沙、使用者或任何与推广活动相关的设备或器材或任何技术或人为失误所造成的问题。
  36. 下列各方均不得参于本次推广活动：i)广告公司及滨海湾金沙之关联公司；ii) 滨海湾金沙之员工及其直系亲属。滨海湾金沙之员工应尽其本份通知其直系亲属有关禁赛规则。若得奖者被发现非符合参赛资格，滨海湾金沙有权撤消其奖项。
  37. 参加本次推广活动之人士即表示同意及允许滨海湾金沙在无偿的条件下将其姓名及肖像用于日后作业务推广用途。
  38. 会员须遵守并同意此推广活动之条款及条件，以及金沙尊赏时尚会员计划的条款及条件。
  39. 滨海湾金沙有权随时修改丶修订或删除此推广活动的任何条款及条件，恕不另行通知。
  40. 滨海湾金沙管理层对推广活动保有唯一及绝对的酌情权，包括但不限于延期、暂停或撤销此推广活动，或对奖品分配和任何与之相关事宜做出安排调整。
  41. 滨海湾金沙保留最终解释权。会员若无法遵守任何条款及条件，奖品将被取消。
  42. 若中、英文版本之条款及条件存有任何岐见或诠释上的差异，一概以英文版本为准则。
