When does the Sands SkyPark Open? 
The Sands SkyPark Public Observation Deck, which is open to members of the public and is a ticketed area, is accessible daily from 9:30am, and closes at 10pm (and at 11pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Purchased tickets provide access to the Public Observation Deck.
There are occasions when access to the Observation Deck is not possible due to private events or commercial commitments. We would recommend all guests contemplating a visit to the Observation Deck check ahead of time by call 6688 8826 to ensure it is expected to be open at the time of your visit.
How much are the tickets to the Public Observation Deck?
Ticket prices:
$20 for adults
$14 for children (aged between 2 – 12 years*)
$17 for senior citizens (aged 65 years and above)
Children under 2 years may enter for free.
Three guided tours will be available for the Observation deck guests at 10am, 2pm, and 9pm.
Tour Registration is located at the SkyPark Box Office located at B1 Tower 3. Registration starts at 9.30am on the day of your visit, on a first-come-first-served basis. Each tour will be limited to 50 guests and run approximately 15 minutes.
Where can I buy the tickets? 
- Tickets can now be purchased at all Marina Bay Sands Box Offices, as well as via the MBS website, and the MBS Ticketing Hotline by phoning +65 6688 8826
- Tickets are also available via the Sistic Hotline (+65 6348 5555) and the Sistic website.
- Tickets can be purchased for a specific date up to one month in advance. Please note that a condition of sale is there are no exchanges or refunds once the purchase has been made.
What are the opening hours of the Public Observation Deck? 
The Public Observation Deck is open daily from 9:30am to 10pm*. (and until 11pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

How many people can get on the SkyPark? 
The Public Observation Deck can hold a limited number of people at any one time. We need to allow for the comfort and safety of all guests, so there may be times when we need to halt entries until the capacity has been reduced.
Do ticketholders go up all at once?
To ensure all our visitors are able to enjoy the spectacular views from this unique vantage point, and for the comfort and safety of guests, we do have a limit on the number of people that can enter at any one time. However, tickets are valid for a single admittance anytime between 9:30am and 10pm (11pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and there is no limit to the time guests may stay.
Are there any restaurants/cafes open? 
Guests can purchase light refreshments, including snacks, water and soft drinks from the food and beverage counter located at the Observation Deck. During periods of inclement weather we regret this booth may be closed
What is on the SkyPark, what are the key attractions? 
The Public Observation Deck – which is a ticketed area – will offer very unique experiences.
Also available is the SkyPark Photo Experience where visitors can choose to purchase a momento of their SkyPark visit.
SkyPark souvenirs can be purchased from a merchandise booth at the observation deck and from the SkyPark Shop located at the lobby of Tower 2.
Also open is the 150-meter infinity swimming pool, the world’s largest outdoor pool at that height. The use of this facility is available to hotel guests only, and access to view the pool is available only to guests that have registered for the guided tours.
Can we get to the SkyPark if it’s raining? 
The Sands SkyPark is equipped with sophisticated weather forecast technology that will alert our operations team of incoming weather patterns, including possible thunder storms. We will try our very best to keep members of the public informed when the Sands Public Observation Deck might be closed due to extreme weather conditions. Should you have limited time to visit the SkyPark, you may wish to call ahead to confirm that tickets are available.
