Where to buy the tickets
- Tickets can be purchased at all Marina Bay Sands Box Offices, as well as online, or via the ticketing hotline at +65 6688 8826.
- Tickets are also available via the Sistic Hotline at +65 6348 5555 and the Sistic website.
- Tickets can be purchased for a specific date up to one month in advance. Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds allowed once the purchase has been made.
Public entrance to this area is outside Hotel Tower 3 in the Porte Cochere area – off Bayfront Avenue – level 1.
Guests may enter this area down the escalators to the ticketing counter and then proceed to SkyPark lifts at same level (B1) which will bring them direct to the SkyPark.
Ticket Access:
There are occasions when access to the Observation Deck is not possible due to private events or commercial commitments. We would recommend all guests contemplating a visit to the Observation Deck check ahead of time by call 6688 8826 to ensure it is expected to be open at the time of your visit.
