What you can do on the day of your visit:
Interactive guided tour: approximately 45 minutes
Guided by our trained Docents, students can enjoy an interactive tour of the exhibition, with opportunities for handling, discussion and creative play. All participating students will also receive a self-guided printed resource (below).
Self-guided printed resource for students: approximately 45 minutes
An educational and enjoyable self-guided printed trail is available for all groups, with challenges to solve and opportunities for observational drawing.
Creative workshops: all approximately 45 minutes
Mini-Furniture Creations: For Primary and Secondary students
Learn about the principles of design, and have a chance to create your own unique and crafted miniature item of furniture to take home.
Fun with Masks: For Pre-school and Lower Primary students
In the spirit of Charles and Ray Eames' love of character and play, students can decorate their own animal mask and then use it in Docent-facilitated drama and play.
