RISE breakfast buffet, exclusive to guests of the Hotel, is the ideal place to start your day. Six state-of-the-art food stations serve up an impressive selection of fresh juices, fruit and salads, and Western favourites like smoked salmon, pastries, omelets and waffles. And there are also Asian favourites like hot congee.
The lunch and dinner buffet, available to the general public, features a sushi and sashimi bar, a Tandoori station, risotto and fresh seafood - to name but a few.
