Reflecting a modern version of the traditional chocolate buffet, the Chocolate Bar uses new techniques and surprising companions to intensify the creamy fragrance of white chocolate and the bittersweet taste of dark chocolate, creating a palette of flavors that linger long after the meal.
Begin your chocolate rendezvous with the "Steamed Chocolate Crème, Banana Chutney", a ganache based dessert that pairs the smoothness of the chocolate which is steamed with banana leaves - with the bite of banana chutney. Then take a bite into "After Eight", which uses Manjari Chocolate to create a light chocolate mousse which has been infused with mint to give a light tingling sensation to the palate.
The unique "Rosemary-Milk Chocolate Cappuccino" is a must-try. Served in a cup with a dash of chocolate powder, the drink first intoxicates you with the refreshing rosemary-flavored foam which gives way to a satisfying layer of rich milk chocolate mousse. Apart from a buffet spread filled with delicate chocolate creations, two live stations serve Salted Caramel Fondant and Churros con Chocolate.
Available only in the evenings from 8pm, the Chocolate Bar is an inviting spot for after-dinner desserts and drinks long into the night, as you enjoy the light breeze and majestic views from the Sands SkyPark.
