GENERAL ENQUIRIES

Q: What is the capacity for an event?
A: The event is free on a first-come-first served basis with capacity guidelines from SCDF. Come early to avoid disappointment.

Q: Do I have to buy tickets?
A: Most events are free unless stated. Please look out for terms and conditions with regards to registration.  

Q: Can I reserve seats?
A: Seating is on a first-come-first served basis, with no prior reservation. Please come early to secure a place.

Q. Is there a locker to keep my belongings?
A: Please approach our staff at the Concierge, Museum Lobby to check in the bags or/and bulky items.

Q: What’s the lineup for the event? / When will you post it?
A: The events line-up will be released through respective event pages. Follow/Like/Click on (Going/Interested) to receive notifications of the events.

Q. Is photography or videography permitted at ArtScience Late/Conversations/Sunday Showcase?
A: Videography is strictly prohibited, however photography with no flash is allowed.

Q: Will you have images/ recordings of the event? When will they be released?
A: Images and recordings will be uploaded via Facebook. Follow our Facebook to be notified.

 

CONVERSATIONS

Q: Can we pre-register for Conversations?
A: Seating is on a first-come-first served basis, with no prior reservation. Please come at least 30mins before event starts for registration at the door.

Q. How early can we register for Conversations?
A. Please come at least 30mins before event starts for registration at the door.

Q. What is the duration for Conversations?
A. It depends on the events line-up. It could be a day session or typically 90mins for each Conversations session. For more details, please visit our Facebook event page.

Q: Are there food and drinks provided for Conversations?
A: Coffee and tea are complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to visit FabCafe in the lobby for light refreshments as well as other dining options available in The Shoppes. You may find out more here: http://www.marinabaysands.com/restaurants.html

 

ARTSCIENCE LATE

Q. What is the duration for ArtScience Late?
A: ArtScience Late event typically starts from 7pm to 10pm. Duration of performance is usually between 60mins to 120mins. For more details, please visit our Facebook event page.

Q: Are there food and drinks provided for ArtScience Late?
A: FabCafe will remain opened for the purchase of food and drinks.

 

SUNDAY SHOWCASE

Q: Are there food and drinks provided for Sunday Showcase?

WORK WITH US

Q: We are interested to work with ArtScience Museum, where can I sign up?
A: We are always open to new collaborations. Please email museum.enquiries@marinabaysands.com with a title and proposal.

Q: We are interested in interviewing the artist for a school project, can we just show up on the day to do so?
A: We appreciate your interest and would prefer to receive information/request in advance so as to check in with the artists.
