Casino Entry Levy
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore must purchase and hold a valid Casino Entry Levy to enter the casino. To assist individuals who are required to purchase the Casino Entry Levy, Marina Bay Sands would like to provide helpful information to ensure you are prepared for your visit to the casino.
Types of Levy:
24 Hour Entry Levy

$100 PER 24 HOURS
The daily entry levy is $100, and is valid for 24 consecutive hours starting from the time of first entry into the casino. The daily entry levy will expire if entry has not taken place by the end of the 30th day after the date of purchase.
Re-entry to the casino is permitted if you are still within the initial 24 hour timeframe so long as you exit within the initial time frame.

$2,000 PER YEAR
The annual entry levy is $2,000, and is valid for
12 months starting from either (a) the time of first entry into the casino, or (b) 90 days after the date of payment, whichever is earlier.

Entry Levy Rules:
- Persons entering the casino must be 21 years or older.
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents must pay the entry levy in order to be able to enter the casino.
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents must use the “Singaporean / PR” designated lane to ENTER the casino.
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents must use the “Singaporean / PR” designated lane to EXIT the casino.
- Any Singaporean and Permanent Resident who enters the casino without having a valid entry levy shall be liable to pay the entry levy plus be subject to a fine not greater than $1,000.
- Levy payments may be made by cash, NETS/direct debit or credit card only.
- All other patrons are considered Foreigners and must enter and exit using the lanes marked “Foreigner”.
- If asked, Foreigners must show an identification document to show they are not Singaporean or a Permanent Resident such as a foreign passport with short term immigration pass or work pass with a photo.
- Entry Levies paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
How to Purchase an Entry Levy:
Express Entry
The most efficient way to gain entry to the casino is by purchasing your levy either online at marinabaysands.com prior to arriving at Marina Bay Sands. When you arrive, quickly scan your NRIC card, driver’s license, SAF identification card or Re-Entry Permit in the “Singaporean / PR” lane at the entry and you’re in!
Cashier Window
Upon arrival, approach the cashier’s window at any casino entrance and present a valid NRIC card, Singaporean driver’s license, SAF identification card or Re-Entry Permit. The cashier will assist you through the process.
Entry Levy Kiosk
Upon arrival, scan your NRIC card or Driver’s License at any Entry Levy Kiosk. The Levy Kiosk screen will prompt you through the next steps in the process.
