Restaurant Menus
db Bistro Moderne is opened for lunch and dinner daily. On weekends, a brunch menu is available from 11:00am till 2:30pm. The restaurant also has a three-course pre theater menu available from 5:30pm till 7:00pm every day. Please click on the menu links to the left.
Chef Profile
Originally from Lyon, France, it is in New York that Chef Daniel Boulud’s name has become synonymous with fine dining. His Manhattan restaurant Daniel, is considered one of the 10 best in the world.
Chef Boulud has published six books, has a successful television series, After Hours with Daniel, and has received numerous honours, including the James Beard Foundation awards for “Outstanding Restaurateur” and “Best Chef of New York City.” In 2006, the French government named him a Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur, for his contribution to the advancement of French culinary culture.
Chef Boulud’s contemporary, seasonally inspired French cuisine is featured in his five New York restaurants, as well as his establishments in Miami, Palm Beach, London and Beijing. Chef Boulud brings his signature New York restaurant, db Bistro Moderne, to Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
