  • Guy Savoy ‘Bites & Bubbles’ Menu

    Guy Savoy Singapore has introduced a highly popular concept from its Parisian flagship restaurant. ‘Bites and Bubbles’ is a bar dining concept that allows guests to enjoy tasting portions of signature items from the fine dining French restaurant. Guests can choose between two to four items, starting from S$40++ onwards. Wines and Champagnes, by the glass or bottle, are available to complete the bar dining experience. The ‘Bites and Bubbles’ menu is available from 6:00pm – 10:30pm every day.

    The Restaurant

    Selecting only the finest ingredients, Chef Savoy prepares and serves with an uncompromising awareness of what makes a dining experience truly exceptional. This is what earned the prestigious Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris three Michelin stars.

    Flavors are gently coaxed so that every bite of food makes a statement. For the signature dish Côte de Gros Turbot, the fish is steamed with spinach and a poached egg on a slotted platter atop a soup bowl filled with fish bouillon, creating an exquisite bouquet of aromas. The famous artichoke soup with black truffles is spoken of with a reverence reserved for works of art.

    A new daily 4-course menu has also been created for diners who want to experience both “classic” and new Guy Savoy preparations in a single meal. Paying homage to the French High Speed Train, the TGV menu is ideal for those desiring a gourmet experience in a short amount of time, in fact, in under 90 minutes. 

    Guests of Guy Savoy can dine in our modernist dining room or choose to have a pre-dinner aperitif at the champagne bar. For a truly special occasion, such as a birthday party, business meeting, or wedding celebration, guests can reserve one of two private dining rooms and work directly with our Restaurant Manager to provide a unique ambience.

    As one of France’s most celebrated chefs, Chef Savoy has been awarded the Legion d’Honneur from the French Minister of Agriculture (2000) and the French President (2009) and was voted France’s Chef of the Year by his peers, among his numerous honors. His unerring attention to detail, and intimate knowledge of the very best the earth has to offer, guarantees that every plate coming out of his kitchen is an original.
