The Chef
Renowned Master Chef Huang and his team uses the finest ingredients to make dim sum and exquisite dishes. Their signature dishes are Emperor Soup served in beautifully-carved jade bowls and “Zu-Yan”, a shark’s fin recipe that was enjoyed during the Qing Dynasty.
