Payment and cancellation policy
- Reservation is cancellable and amendable 3 days prior to arrival.
- Rate is bookable 1 day in advance.
- Valid for stays between 25 Mar 2020 – 31 Jul 2020 (excluding blackout dates: 10 – 18 Apr 2020, 30 Apr – 2 May 2020, 23 – 25 May 2020). Booking must be made by 15 Jul 2020.
Terms and conditions
- Offer is exclusive for members only.
- Guests are required to contact Reservations Team either via phone or email to provide their membership ID prior to arrival.
- Membership validation would be done upon guest check in.
- Please note that Marina Bay Sands will not accept guests who are serving a Stay Home Notice (SHN) issued by the Singapore authorities. All hotel guests will be asked to fill in a travel declaration form upon check-in, and we regret to advise that those serving SHN will not be permitted to check in.
