At the opening ceremony of the annual Epicurean Market held at Marina Bay Sands on 14 - 16 August 2015, celebrity chefs including Adrift’s David Myers, Sky on 57’s Justin Quek, Pizzeria Mozza and Osteria Mozza’s Nancy Silverton and Waku Ghin’s Tetsuya Wakuda rolled into the sprawling Sands Expo and Convention Centre like rock stars – on Harley Davidson motorcycles!

Their dramatic entrance exemplified this year’s festival, which – with the event now in its third year – was bigger, better and bolder than ever. Visitors feasted on a rich array of international dishes such as Adrift’s King Crab Melt, Waku Ghin’s Toro Tuna Set, Sky on 57’s Cauliflower Espuma with Oscietra Caviar and White Chocolate, CUT by Wolfgang Puck’s Indian Spiced Wagyu Short Ribs and Char Siew Pork Buns, and Pizzeria Mozza’s Aglio Olio Pizza.

“It is fascinating to see how the event has grown over the years and we are thrilled to present new dishes at this year’s event,” said Silverton.
