Hotel reservations terms & conditions

These General T&Cs and any other applicable specific terms and conditions relevant to the [Promotion], together with any amendments as may be made from time to time, shall form a legal agreement between Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. (“MBS”) and you.

In compliance with the Government’s safe management measures:

  • all check in guests must provide health declarations and government mandated information for contact tracing purposes;
  • the gathering of more than 5 guests and visitors (not from the same household) will not be permitted in any hotel room; and
  • all guests who feel unwell during their stay will be required to comply with our isolation and other Covid-19 response procedures. 
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation policy is only valid for specific hotel offers. Please read the hotel offers' terms and conditions, it specifies the period of booking cancellation information.
  • Cancellation policy is not valid for group booking.
  • In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.
  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Rate is for the number of adults reserved at point of booking only. Additional fees are applicable for each additional adult. Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
  • A rate modifier will apply should you decide to stay in a higher room category than the one originally booked. All services not included in the offer package shall be charged separately.
  • Any extension of stay will be charged to guest based on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by MBS.
  • Maximum of 3 guests per room (minimum one adult; any combination of adults + children not exceeding 3 guests total). A fee of S$100 will be charged for each additional adult staying in Deluxe or Premier rooms and a fee of S$220 will be charged for each additional adult staying in the Club/Grand Club room or any suite. Maximum occupancy varies from selected family rooms and premium suites. Children aged 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a shared room with a paying adult. Fees apply should a rollaway bed be required.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Upon reservation, the credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email. MBS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB and Diners Club. Debit Cards are not accepted. 
  • Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations. Your bill for your stay will be charged at the prevailing exchange rates upon completion of your stay.
  • Blackout dates may apply.
  • In the event that a guest completes a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, MBS reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
  • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
  • Offer is restricted to 9 or fewer rooms and is not valid for group bookings. For reservations for groups of 10 rooms and above, please email the Hotel.
  • Bookings of Deluxe and Premier Rooms do not include breakfast unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  • Bookings of Club Room, Grand Club Room and Suites include club benefits and breakfast for the number of adults reserved at point of booking only.
  • All Deluxe and Premier Rooms do not include the following: (i) child breakfast charge for children aged 6 - 12; and (ii) club benefits. All Club Rooms, Grand Club Rooms and Suites do not include child breakfast charge for children aged 6 – 12. Club benefits are chargeable for any child or any additional guest for any consumption at the Club55.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room. Check-in time is from 3pm onwards and check-out time is by 11am. A valid government issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
  • Should you arrive at MBS prior to the normal check-in time, please approach MBS’ Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival. 
  • Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with MBS’ Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 11am to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
  • A deposit of S$200 is applicable for each night of stay by way of cash payment or credit card. A valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and prevailing government taxes.
  • MBS may revise, alter or delete any part of these General T&Cs and terms and conditions of any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold MBS harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by MBS.
  • To the extent permitted by law, MBS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by MBS.
  • These General T&Cs and the provision of our services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and any dispute arising out of these General T&Cs and our services shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
  • A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these General T&Cs shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any term of such agreement or these General T&Cs.
  • Please note that as an affiliate of a US company, MBS is unable to allow access to the MBS Casino or to conduct foreign currency transactions for individuals who are solely nationals of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Crimea Region of Ukraine. However, all our guests are welcome to experience our non-gaming attractions (e.g. our hotel and restaurants).
  • The original English version of these General T&Cs and the terms and conditions of the Promotion may have been translated into other languages. In the event of a dispute between the English version and any other language version of the General T&Cs and the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply and prevail.
  • Patron must be at least 18 years old to join Sands Rewards LifeStyle Programme.
  • Patron must be a member and present membership card before check-out to earn Reward Dollars.
  • Reward Dollars cannot be accrued for: (i) hotel bookings made via online travel agencies or any other third party; (ii) selected hotel discounted rates; and/or (iii) purchase or redemption of hotel vouchers.
  • Payment must be made by cash/credit card/debit card to be eligible for earning of Reward Dollars.
  • Reward Dollars is not applicable as payment for all hotel packages.
  • Earning of rewards is only available for selected shows at Sands Theatre and is unavailable for purchases at Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

I consent to any MBS-Authorised Party collecting, using, storing, and/or disclosing to another MBS-Authorised Party my Data or contacting me via telephone call, text message, email and/or postal mail to: (i) administer my hotel stay booking or customer service or my relationship with any MBS-Authorised Party; (ii) respond to my requests or communications; (iii) conduct surveys or Data profiling and analytics to learn about my hotel stay and preferences; (iv) improve guest experience for me and others; (v) protect the safety of persons and property; (vi) comply with or address any applicable MBS-Authorised Party’s internal policies or contractual obligations, third party requests, and/or law, regulation, guideline, notice or request issued by any Authority; and/or (vii) administer any MBS-Authorised Party’s legal, operational, business or development purposes, or any purpose(s) in the prevailing MBS privacy policy. I further warrant that all information provided by me in this form is true, accurate and complete.

Terminology – (1) “Data” means any information relating to me, whether in the possession of or as received from time to time to any MBS-Authorised Party. (2) “MBS-Authorised Party” means any of the following party/parties whether located in Singapore or elsewhere: (i) Las Vegas Sands Corporation in the U.S. or its related companies, e.g. Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, Venetian Macau Limited in Macau (collectively, “Company”); (ii) the Company’s potential or existing third party service providers, contracting parties and/or agents; (iii) my selected payment service provider to process payments to MBS; (iv) any governmental or regulatory authority or its related entities of any jurisdiction (“Authority”); and/or (v) any other party listed in the prevailing MBS privacy policy.
