5-Week Full-Body Workout Challenge

Stay fit and active with stay-home fitness techniques and exercises that you can do during this circuit breaker period.

Staying fit and active at home can be pretty challenging with the constant binge-watching, non-stop notifications from your phone and other distractions. We know how it feels, that's why we planned a total-body workout challenge for you to keep fit.

Although, there is one thing you have to keep in mind, always stay motivated to complete the 5-week challenge.

At the end of the day, you can give yourself a pat for being able to achieve at least a 150-second plank, 150 squats and more.

You must have a lot of self-discipline and motivation

You need this every day to achieve an active lifestyle.

Although it is a non-stop workout regime, it will definitely help you to see progression along the way. You can start by taking a before and after photo and checking your progress on the weighing scale regularly. But all this of course includes a healthy diet plan.

Fitness tip: Aim to burn calories based on how much you eat. If you eat excessively, make sure to burn enough calories. Remember, not to over-exhaust yourself as well with double workout because you need to allow your muscles to rest and grow.

Another way is to start a routine. For example, working out is the first thing you want to cross off your list. Set a reminder to help yourself. Plan out how you can squeeze in this challenge in the comfort of your own home and timetable.

It's not easy as there are many distractions, but good planning helps.

Kickstart your healthy habits with easy-to-do workout at home that do not require any gym equipment:

  • Burpees
  • Push-up
  • High-knees
  • Plank Jack
