The information ("Gaming Details") provided in the following pages on:

1. Amounts Wagered;
2. Win/Loss Amounts

is obtained from the records of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd ("Marina Bay Sands").

Please note the following:

1. The Gaming Details provided relate solely to the gambling activities conducted with the use of a Patron's Membership card (any gaming activity conducted without the use of Patron's Membership card is not reflected in the Gaming Details).
   1. Estimated Cumulative Amounts Wagered Slots (EGM/ETG) comprises actual amounts wagered by a patron in respect of the patron's gambling activities conducted on Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) and Electronic Table Games (ETG) with the use of patron's loyalty membership card ("Patron Membership Card"); and
   2. Estimated Win/Loss comprises:
      • actual net win/loss in respect of a patron's gambling activities conducted on Slots (EGM/ETG) with the use of Patron Membership Card; and
      • estimated net win/loss in respect of a patron's gambling activities conducted on table games when the Patron Membership Card is provided to Marina Bay Sands Table Games personnel during play on table games.
2. The actual amount of net win/loss (SGD) in respect of patron's gambling activities conducted on Slots (EGM/ETG) with the use of the Patron Membership Card Slot play is calculated by subtracting a patron's coin-out amount(s) and hand-paid jackpot amount(s) from a patron's coin-in amount(s).
3. Gaming Details in relation to gambling activities on Table Games is compiled through observation by MBS Table Games personnel.
4. The Information with respect to Estimated Win/Loss is an approximation and does not constitute a definitive account of a patron's gaming activity.

In accessing the Information, you agree that:
