At RISE Restaurant, the world is yours to savour. Explore a vast variety of global cuisines, starting with a lavish breakfast buffet to keep you going.

 

Lunch and dinner are equally transportive affairs, featuring local favourites such as Singapore Chilli Crab and Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang, paired with Southeast Asia-inspired cocktails. A generous spread of fresh sashimi and seafood joins European and American classics, including Salt-Baked Norwegian Salmon, Kagoshima Pork Rack and freshly baked artisanal breads. Weekend lunches amp up the indulgence with a complimentary welcome drink of prosecco or beer.

 

For alfresco dining, enjoy garden-inspired dishes and handcrafted cocktails from the a la carte menu. As dusk falls, soft lighting and smooth jazz create an intimate setting.
