PROJECT MANAGER, FACADES
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Package Scopes of Work
- Review Package Tender Programs, interface issues and structural sequencing constraints with Structural Design consultant
- Prepare Package construction sequencing and methodology in accordance with Project Access Strategy and structural constraints
- Prepare reports, reviews and recommendations as required by the Project procedures.
- Review Package Contractor’s temporary works proposals , Safety, Health And Environmental proposals and Quality Assurance plan
- Provide timely input for all Change Requests and Section Monthly Reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline
- At least 5 years related experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and positive work attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and checking all incoming transmitted data, to ensure compliance with project control requirements
- Make recommendations as to rejection of non-compliant items
- Manipulating and/or combining Excel-based or Access-based data
- Production of reporting facilities using Excel and/or Access
- Production of recording and reporting systems, including the programming and use of macros, drop-down lists, menus, validation tables, etc
- Carry out internal distribution of incoming mail items manually and electronically
- Provide support to other Document Control areas where required
Requirements:
- With Diploma / Degree or equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years related experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of using Electronic Document Management Systems with Aconex experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and positive work attitude
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially Excel & Access
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for distribution and updating of controlled documentation to various parties and ensuring acceptance and receiving from all parties
- Coordinating the internal approval and return process for contractor items
- Setting up and maintaining the filing system for all documentation's and drawings in compliance with regulations
- Production of Aconex based report and uploading of documents to the Aconex system
- Maintaining an accurate and up to date register of RFI's and responses
- Ensuring updating of all Project documentation
- Interface with Document Control personnel between project office and site
- Receiving and checking all incoming transmitted data, to ensure compliance with project control requirements
- Making recommendations to non-compliant items
- Provide support to other Document Control areas when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years related experience in construction industry preferred
- Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and positive work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Aconex systems applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
PROJECT COORDINATOR - HOTEL OPERATIONS PLANNING
Responsibilities
Coordinate all project administration and development which would include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders on spatial, operational needs, operating supplies and equipment of hotel operating departments
- Coordinating a Critical Path process used in the pre opening of all hotel operations
- Support operating requirements of all business cases that benefit the Hotel operation
- Undertake research projects and consult with approved consultants on supporting the pre opening requirements of Hotel Operations
- Assist with the development of standard operating procedures required for Hotel operating departments
- Handle administration duties of the Operations Planning Team when required
Requirements:
- University/College degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business
- Minimum two years hotel/business management experience
- Project management
- Critical Path management tools
- Graduates in the above fields of education will also be considered
PROJECT MANAGER, HOTEL OPERATIONS PLANNING
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the pre-opening requirements of Hotel Operations within an Integrated Resort which include spatial planning, identification of operating supplies and assist in the supply chain of such items.
- Manage and provide a framework for supporting Hotel Operations in preparing projects from conception through to execution
- Manage the selection/specification requirements for operator related furniture, fixtures and equipments and in particular the coordination of such items from source to operations.
- Manage with the assistance of the Planning Team the creation and development of all user and master critical path templates used for the opening of an Integrated Resort.
- Manage business cases related to service offerings and other resort related projects as and when applicable.
Requirements:
- University/College degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business
- Minimum five years hotel management experience.
- Track record of large scale, or regional role, with multi operational project management responsibility.
- Experience in Critical Path management
