The Restaurant

Sky on 57 showcases Chef Justin Quek's modern interpretation of Franco Asian Cuisine helmed by in a setting that offers a bird's eye view of Singapore and the bay. Located at Tower One on level 57, the 12,000 square foot restaurant offers guests an unparalleled vista while they dine in a relaxed, sophisticated environment.
 

Breakfast worth getting up for

Start the most important meal of the day with a breathtaking view at Sands SkyPark.

From S$41++, you can enjoy any two of your breakfast favourites like eggs benedict and croissants, or local specialties like Teochew porridge, laksa and other delights. These are complemented with a mini buffet of freshly squeezed juices, fruit, salads, cereals, breads and Danishes.

Spend a delightful day enjoying sweet and savoury treats. Sky High Tea features a selection of delectable snacks, gourmet sandwiches, free flow of coffee and tea, and you can sample Chef Justin Quek’s signature dishes such as Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao. End your meal on a sweet note with seasonal creations including Classic Gateaux & Petits Fours.

Chef Justin Quek


Chef Justin Quek trained at some of France's top kitchens, including Roland Mazere's Le Centenaire in Perigord. He was the first Singaporean to be appointed personal chef of the French Embassy, and inaugural recipient of the Chef Of The Year award from World Gourmet Summit Awards Of Excellence.

From his humble beginnings as a merchant ship cook, Quek has founded La Platane, Villa du Lac, and Fountain in Shanghai; and Justin's Signature's in Taipei, considered one of the city's best. Today he continues to elevate dining across the Republic and region.
