How to redeem:
The guest must present their receipt (maximum 1 receipt) showing a total value of S$20 nett to the service agents at any Concierge counter in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands to redeem a car park exit pass. Receipts must show a time of purchase on the present date between 10AM – 4PM and be sure to redeem your free parking exit pass before 5PM on the same day.
Visiting The ArtScience Museum
Self-Park for free from10AM – 4PM, Mondays to Thursday when you spend S$20 nett or more during your visit at the ArtScience Museum, including the Box Office, The Museum Shop and cafe!
How to redeem:
The guest must present their receipts showing a total value of S$20 nett in a maximum of 1 receipt to the service agents at any Concierge counter in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands or at The Museum Box Office to redeem a car park exit pass. Receipts must show a time of purchase on the present date between 10AM – 4PM and be sure to redeem your free parking exit pass before 5PM on the same day.
Mondays to Thursday - During Shows:
Watching a show at The Theaters
Purchase 2 tickets in any category for shows on Monday through Thursday at the Sands & Grand Theaters and present your tickets at any Concierge counter in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands when you arrive for the show to redeem your free self-parking.
How to redeem:
Guest must present their 2 tickets (e-tickets can be accepted) at the Theater Box Offices or any Concierge counter in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands when you arrive for the show to redeem a car park exit pass.
Terms and Conditions:
In addition to standard Terms & Conditions, the following the following Terms & Conditions apply for the Complimentary Self-Parking Program:
- The program is limited to one (1) redemption per participant per day, on Mondays to Thursdays, except for Public Holidays.
- Purchases must be on same date as redemption and between the period of 10AM-4PM for Shoppes and Museum.
- Redemption value must be in 1 receipt only, and cannot be combined receipts. The value on the receipts must be at least S$20 nett for either purchases in the Shoppes or purchases in Museum box office, shop and café.
- Receipts must be for purchases made on the same date as redemption.
- Present your original receipt at any Concierge counter in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands to redeem the parking coupon.
- Redemption for both Shoppes and Museum segments of promotion must be made by the latest 5PM on same day of purchase. Receipt will be exchanged for a car park exit pass which is only valid for a 6 hour period.
- Purchases at hotel food and beverage outlets; Rise and Rise Lounge are excluded from this program, and receipts from these two venues cannot be used for redemption purposes.
- For the Theater Shows segment of the program – redemption can only take place for shows on Mondays through Thursdays and the night of redemption must be the same date as stated on tickets. Upon redemption (before the show) the guest will receive one car park exit pass to use within 6 hours of entry to the car park.
- Theater show ticket redemption is only honored for tickets purchased for shows at Sands Theater and Grand Theater.
- Only one redemption and car park exit pass will be honored per guest per day, even if the purchases made are of a value of S$20 or above in the Shoppes and S$20 or above in the ArtScience Museum.
- Complimentary car park exit pass is valid for 6 hours, timed from the guest entry to the car park, and only valid on the same day as redemption and purchase.
- Should the guest stay in the car park exceed the maximum 6 hours available on the car park exit pass, they must pay for the additional time via cashcard at time of exit.
- The promotion is open to all except for tenants and employees of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd.
- Receipts for bill payments, installment plans and voucher purchases are not eligible to redeem a parking coupon.
- The parking coupon is non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
- Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is not responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to the loss, damage or defacement of a receipt.
- Lost, damaged, defaced or stolen parking coupons will not be re-issued.
- By participating in the promotion, you consent to receive promotional email communications from Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd.
- At any time and without prior notice, Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd may revise, alter or delete a Condition or any part of the promotion. Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd has the sole right to interpret these Conditions
