Monday Tour of Daniel Boulud's NYC Classics


Mondays, 5:30pm onwards


To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Chef Daniel Boulud's flagship restaurant DANIEL in NYC, iconic dishes from his celebrated New York restaurants will be featured on db Bistro Moderne's menu every Monday. Enjoy ½ price on all bottles of wine priced over S$150 for the perfect menu pairing.


Select from a three or four course menu, at S$68 and S$78 respectively. Menus feature popular signature dishes such as Boulud Sud's Razor Clam Linguini, Restaurant Daniel's Beef Duo and DBGB's Signature Baked Alaska. The menu will be refreshed every three weeks.

Junior Pastry Academy

S$75 per child (includes one accompanying adult)
for children 5 - 12 years old, 15 children per workshop


Join db Bistro Moderne's inaugural “Junior Pastry Academy”, a series of specialty pastry workshops conducted by Executive Pastry Chef Benjamin Siwek.


Each 90-minute session will focus on a different theme:

  • June 1, 3pm – Yogurt Cake
  • June 8, 3pm – Brownies
  • June 15, 3pm – Cupcakes
  • June 22, 3pm – Cookies
  • June 29, 3pm – Candy Bars


While their children get elbow deep in dough, parents can enjoy sweet treats and champagne. Pastry Academy attendees will go home with their very own apron, chef hat, diploma of achievement and pastry creations. Special prices are available for additional parents and children. Package prices for 3-5 sessions are also available.

Chef Profile


Originally from Lyon, France, New York was where Chef Daniel Boulud’s name became synonymous with fine dining. His Manhattan restaurant 'Daniel' is considered one of the 10 best in the world.

Chef Boulud has published six books, has a successful television series ‘After Hours with Daniel’, and is recipient of numerous honors, including James Beard Foundation awards for ‘Outstanding Restaurateur’ and ‘Best Chef of New York City’.
