Applicable to The Wildest Dreams Package, The Shake It Off Package and The Stay Stay Stay Package.
By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the Terms and Conditions as follows:
- Stay Period: 1 – 4 Mar | 2 – 5 Mar | 3 – 6 Mar | 6 – 9 Mar | 7 – 10 Mar | 8 – 11 Mar
- 3 nights length of stay required.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- Rate is for 4 adults under The Wildest Dreams Package and 2 adults under The Shake It Off Package and The Stay Stay Stay Package.
- All charges are on guest’s own account.
- Any extension of stay will be on guest’s own account on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
- All rooms and suite rates do not include child breakfast charge. Child breakfast charge is applicable for any child between 6 to 12 years old. Breakfast for children 5 years and under is free. Child breakfast is chargeable to guest account at walk-in price upon consumption.
- In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact guest directly in order to do so.
- No name change is allowed.
- Reservation must be fully prepaid upon booking.
- Reservation is non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
- To redeem all inclusions from each package, guest must be a member of Sands LifeStyle rewards programme.
- Individuals who are (i) not employed by Marina Bay Sands; (ii) aged 18 and above are eligible to apply for membership in the Programme.
- Resort Dollars are valid for one-time redemption only and credited within 48 hours to the main guest.
- Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
- Tickets may not be re-sold or re-distributed.
- No refund or exchange on unused tickets.
- Not applicable with other offers and promotions.
- All other Terms & Conditions of sale and entry apply.
- Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to deny entry to visitors suspected of breach of Terms & Conditions of sale and entry.
- Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the promotion without prior notice.
- Sands Rewards (Prestige) members enjoy 1 complimentary ticket for every ticket purchased (A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased each month) and Elite members enjoy 2 complimentary tickets per month.
- Lunch reservation will be made upon receiving confirmation for room booking.
- Please note that reservation is only available on concert day and reservation time is from 12pm to 2pm (last seating at 1.30pm).
- Dietary restriction is required at least two days before the reservation date. The participating restaurant will reach out to guests for more information.
- Dress code applies, please refer to the respective restaurant’s website for more information.
- All lunch reservation is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Any additional food and/or beverage items orders (that are not part of the dining experience) are available at a chargeable rate and a separate billing will be charged accordingly.
- Dining Experience at the respective restaurant is strictly for 4 adults under The Wildest Dreams Package and, 2 adults respectively under The Shake It Off Package and The Stay Stay Stay Package.
- One redemption per person, guest must be a member of Sands LifeStyle rewards programme.
- Services are only by appointment-basis. La Mer reserves the right to cancel the appointment if the customer arrive after 10mins of their scheduled appointment.
