Find a lower, published, available rate for the same Marina Bay Sands room type and dates within 24 hours of making a reservation on marinabaysands.com.

 

Step 2:

Please send an email to Room.reservations@marinabaysands.com with your information such as: arrival date, departure date, number of guests, the competing room provider and rate, confirmation number, www.marinabaysands.com rate, and your contact information (name, email and phone number).

 

Step 3:

A Marina Bay Sands Representative will evaluate your claim to ensure it meets our Property Terms and Conditions.

 

Step 4:

Within 24 hours, a Marina Bay Sands Representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation to match the lower third-party room rate AND upgrade you to the next available room level.

What information do I need to submit a claim? 

The information related to the stay (arrival date, departure date, number of guests), the competing room provider and rate, confirmation number, www.marinabaysands.com rate, your contact information (name, email and phone number), and desired Lowest Price Guarantee reward. 

 

Do I need to make a reservation in order to submit a claim? 

Yes, a reservation through www.marinabaysands.com is required. 

 

Do I need to submit a screen shot of the external site? 

No. Just submit the required information as listed above. 

 

How do I submit a claim? 

All claims can be submitted via email to our reservations team at Room.reservations@marinabaysands.com  

 

How long until I hear back from Marina Bay Sands regarding my claim? 

You will hear back from Marina Bay Sands within 24 hours. 

 

How will I know when my claim is validated? 

A Marina Bay Sands Reservations Manager will contact you. If the submitted claim is successful, you will be notified of your upgraded room type and revised Lowest Price Guarantee rate. 

 

What if I can book a particular suite type through a competing suite provider, but not through Marina Bay Sands?

Claims are only valid for room types that are bookable via www.marinabaysands.com. 

 

What if I find a lower rate for the same room on www.marinabaysands.com? 

Lower rates found on www.marinabaysands.com will be matched, but will not be eligible for the room upgrade.
