By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:
- Stay-by date: 1 Apr – 31 Dec 2024.
- Book-by date: 27 Dec 2024.
- The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
- Any extension of stay will be on guest’s own account on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
- Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
- Rate is for 1 or 2 adults only.
- Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
- Room upgrade and additional adult charge will be on guest's own account.
- A cash deposit of S$200 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for payment of incidentals in addition to full payment of the room and prevailing government taxes.
- Rates are not applicable for Sands LifeStyle Programme Resort Dollars earnings.
- In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
- Marina Bay Sands may change these terms or terminate this program without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is final and binding.
- Reservation is cancellable and amendable* 2 days prior to arrival.
- *Reservation is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable if your stay period is during 8 – 9 Aug , 17 – 22 Sep and 28 Dec 2024 – 1 Jan 2025.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
- Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
- No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
- This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
- By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
- The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
- The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
- The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
- The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall apply.
- To redeem the inclusion from the package, guest must be a member of Sands LifeStyle programme.
- Individuals who are (i) not employed by Marina Bay Sands; (ii) aged 18 and above are eligible to apply for membership on the Programme.
- Complimentary Infinity Pool Professional Photoshoot with photo prints in a premium leather folder
- Redemption of the printed kiosk slip can only be done from 9am to 6pm daily at Infinity Pool DEI counter (Level 57).
- Valid for one-time redemption per voucher only and present voucher at point of settlement.
- Redemption of up to 2 photo prints with a Premium Leather Folder.
- The voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- Guest is entitled to $100 nett dining credits per stay valid for Poolside Dining, Bread Street Kitchen and Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer.
- Total bill must be charged to the room. Guest to settle any amount exceeding the $100 nett upon check-out.
- Any form of tips and tobacco are excluded.
- Credit is only valid during period of stay. Credit not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund, transfer or exchange.
Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. is final without notice or liability. Other Terms and Conditions apply.
