The Bird is a tribute to the importance of sharing a meal, a celebration of the ingredients and craft that go into its preparation, and a humble ‘thanks’ for everything the Southern table has to offer. 

The newest addition to Marina Bay Sands' signature restaurants, The Bird is a dedication to farm-fresh ingredients, classic Southern cooking, culture and hospitality. Must-try menu items include the 100-year-old recipe Lewellyn's Fine Fried Chicken, Buttermilk Biscuits, Shrimp 'N' Grits and Chicken & Waffles. Head to the alfresco bar by the waterfront and be spoiled for choice with hand-crafted cocktails such as the Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade and Watermelon Sling.
