Chill out at RISE Lounge adjacent to the restaurant, where you can sit back and enjoy a range of Asian-inspired cocktails, light bites or simply a cup of coffee. Try a refined interpretation of the classic Singapore Sling, or explore flavours of the region with Kampong Way, a cocktail sweetened with Gula Melaka syrup.
Pair these unique concoctions with some freshly shucked oysters, Beef Sliders or Bánh Mì, available from 11am to 3am. The lounge also offers a signature cocktail tea service which unites exotic handcrafted cocktails with fine teas. A must-try is the Chamomile, a delightful blend of ArteNOM 1580 Blanco Tequila, Mancino Bianco Ambrato Vermouth, Chamomile tea, lemon juice and housemade vanilla syrup.
