90ml sparkling wine
2g to 3g Singapore Breakfast Tea
10g sugar
10ml water


1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add sugar while stirring to create syrup.
3. Infuse tea leaves in syrup for 3 minutes.
4. Strain to remove tea leaves.
5. Chill before use.
6. Add one teaspoon of mixture into glass.
7. Top glass with sparkling wine and serve.
