Banquets Kitchen & À La Carte Restaurants Experience the artistry and scale of culinary excellence. From banquet events to signature restaurants like Spago and Maison Boulud, refine your plating skills, adapt to diverse service styles, and deliver luxury standards. Pastry & Bakery Main Kitchen – Mastering Production & Finishing Rotate through shifts to experience the full spectrum of pastry and bakery operations. Systems & Data Management Step into the operational backbone of pastry management. Learn recipe costing, menu engineering, inventory control and building essential business acumen for pastry leadership.	Banquet Pastry Kitchen – Event Excellence Experience the artistry and scale of banquet pastry operations. From buffets and plated à la carte desserts to canapes, refine your ability to deliver exceptional pastry experiences for events of all sizes.
