To uphold these standards, Marina Bay Sands has established a robust Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that aligns with stringent international benchmarks, company standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Our FSMS applies across all food and beverage operations within the resort and is designed to proactively identify, assess and manage food safety risks. Risk‑based controls are embedded throughout our kitchens and operational processes to ensure that safe, high‑quality food is consistently delivered.
