You may login to your bank's digital banking mobile app and choose ‘Scan and Pay’ to scan the Marina Bay Sands QR code and process the transaction. The mobile banking app may be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
We are able to accept funds via PayNow from:
Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents who are Premium Players
Patrons who are depositing funds to qualify for Premium Player status
Foreigners who are not Permanent Residents
Patrons who are repaying markers
There is no minimum transaction limit. The maximum transaction limit for PayNow is S$200,000 per transaction (may differ by bank). Note that the maximum daily limit depends on your daily or monthly local transfer limit set with your bank.
You may manage this limit via the settings in your mobile banking app and any changes typically take effect immediately.
You may save the QR code as a photo on your phone. Then, use the digital banking app to open the QR code photo from your phone's "Gallery".
There is no expiry date.
At the moment, we are only able to accept funds via the ‘Scan and Pay’ option.
PayNow can only be used for Singapore Dollar fund transfers for accounts based in Singapore.
Prior to confirming a PayNow transfer, you will see "Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd." as the recipient of the transfer.
Depending on your settings, you will usually receive an SMS notification for outgoing PayNow transfers, unless you have opted to receive notifications via another mode. You may also check the status of your funds transfer by accessing your transaction history.
There are no fees associated with using the PayNow service.
PayNow operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and funds will be transferred almost immediately to Marina Bay Sands.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept PayLah! funds. Any transfers via PayLah! will be credited back to payer’s PayLah! e-wallet.
You can request a withdrawal by visiting a Casino Cashier who will assist to process your request.
Return of funds that were deposited via PayNow will generally be credited via PayNow unless otherwise advised. Funds in excess of this amount, or if the initial PayNow deposit took place more than 90 days prior to the withdrawal request, will be transferred via bank remittance or cheque.
Funds returned via PayNow will be available to you upon completion of processing by Marina Bay Sands.
