Responsible Gaming in Marina Bay Sands

SELF-EXCLUSION

WHAT IS SELF-EXCLUSION?

The Self-Exclusion Programme at Marina Bay Sands is administered by the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) and all patrons (Singaporeans, permanent residents and foreigners) can apply for the Programme.

Self-Exclusion is a voluntary Programme restricting a person from entering the Casinos in Singapore and will be in effect for a minimum period of one (1) year. Once a patron has been excluded, they are prohibited from entering any gaming area of the Casino. Depending on your residency status, you can apply for Self-Exclusion online, by mail or in person.

For any further information, please approach a Responsible Gambling Ambassador, email the Responsible Gambling team at Marina Bay Sands on responsiblegambling@marinabaysands.com or visit the NCPG on 1800-6-668-668 or www.ncpg.org.sg.

The Family Exclusion Programme is also administered by the NCPG and allows immediate family members i.e. spouses, children (including adoptive/step children), parents (including adoptive/step parents) and siblings (including adoptive/step/ half-siblings) to apply to exclude another family member who may have difficulties with their gambling behaviour.

There is no application fee to apply for the Family Exclusion Programme with each Family Exclusion Programme in effect for a minimum period of one (1) year.
