If you are a fan of sake, Japan's traditional rice wine, you'll be delighted with The Bar's extensive collection - a testament to Chef Tetsuya's status as the first sake ambassador appointed outside of Japan. Try Chef Tetsuya's own sake label, Isojiman Junmai Daiginjo M, produced exclusively for Waku Ghin.

For a taste of the restaurant’s delectable dishes, sample the extended bar food menu, including desserts, whilst enjoying your expertly mixed tipples. Indulge in a seasonal selection of premium ingredients crafted into unforgettable gourmet delights from the restaurant’s a la carte menu. A Bellini. It was an excellent combination of champagne and Japanese white peach – the perfect match!
