Timothy Sheader (Crazy for You, Into the Woods) directs this mesmerising new production of the iconic global phenomenon, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. Originally staged for London’s Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, this reimagined production won the 2017 Olivier Award for Best Musical Revival, garnering unprecedented reviews and accolades.
Choreographed by Drew McOnie (King Kong, Strictly Ballroom), with designs by Tom Scutt, lighting design by Lee Curran, sound design by Nick Lidster, and music supervision by Tom Deering. The production features lyrics and music by Emmy, GRAMMY, Oscar, and Tony winners Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR is set against the backdrop of an extraordinary series of events during the final weeks in the life of Jesus Christ, as seen through the eyes of Judas. Reflecting the rock roots that defined a generation, the legendary score includes ‘I Don’t Know How to Love Him’, ‘Gethsemane’ and ‘Superstar’.

- This sung-through musical centers on the final days of the life of Jesus. It contains flashing lights, flame and visual effects, theatrical smoke and haze and an onstage depiction of the crucifixion.

- Admission Age: No admission for children aged below 10.
- Tickets are required for all patrons. There will be strictly no admission without a ticket. All individuals below 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They are not included with the purchase of your ticket. Patrons are welcome to bring their own booster seat(s). Kindly note that booster seats provided by Marina Bay Sands are only for use within the event venue.
Doors open 60 minutes before the show. We strongly encourage guests to arrive early. Kindly note that latecomers will not be admitted into the venue until a suitable break during the performance.
No food or drinks are allowed in the venue unless bought or served as part of the event. All outside food and drink items not bought or served as part of the event will have to be consumed / discarded prior to entry.
The cloak room will be available for this event.
