• Kindly note that the event production may include the use of strobe lighting, fog, and/or haze effects. These elements are part of the show experience and may affect individuals with sensitivities to light or respiratory conditions. Viewer discretion is advised. 
• Admission Policy (based on date of birth):
  • Recommended Age: 6 and above 
  • Admission Age: No admission for children aged below 6. 
  • Tickets are required for all patrons. There will be strictly no admission without a ticket. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • All ticketholders may be required to produce valid identification at entry for events with age restrictions. Age verification checks will be conducted at random. The show organiser/The venue management reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who are unable to provide the required identification or documentation at the point of entry. Failure to comply may result in non-admission, and no refunds will be issued.

Booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They are not included with the purchase of your ticket. Patrons are welcome to bring their own booster seat(s). Kindly note that booster seats provided by Marina Bay Sands are only for use within the event venue.

Doors open 60 minutes before the show. We strongly encourage guests to arrive early. Kindly note that latecomers will not be admitted into the venue until a suitable break during the performance.

No food or drinks are allowed in the venue unless bought or served as part of the event. All outside food and drink items not bought or served as part of the event will have to be consumed / discarded prior to entry.

The cloak room will be available for this event.

Photography, filming, audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the performance. All DSLR / cameras with interchangeable or built-in zoom lenses; drones; action cameras (e.g. GoPro, DJI Osmo, Insta360, Akaso); and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the venue and will need to be stored in the Cloakroom.

Attendee(s) can access restrooms located at the venue during the event. We encourage attendees to use the restroom before entering the event venue to avoid formation of long queues and/or waiting time. Please note that you will only be re-admitted at a suitable break during the performance.
