  • Admission Age: No admission for children aged below 5.
  • Tickets are required for all patrons. There will be strictly no admission without a ticket. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Before the show, proceed to Marina Bay Sands, Expo & Convention, Level B2 to collect your festival wristband by presenting your ticket.

We are unable to provide booster seats, however, parents are allowed to bring their own booster seat(s) to the event venue.

Please note that doors will open two hours prior to the show. We strongly recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth entry and an enjoyable show experience.

No food or drinks are allowed in the venue unless bought or served as part of the event. All outside food and drink items not bought or served as part of the event will have to be consumed / discarded prior to entry.

Yes, a deposit counter will be available at Sands Expo & Convention, Level B2. However, charges will apply.

Photography, filming, audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the performance. All DSLR / cameras with interchangeable or built-in zoom lenses; drones; action cameras (e.g. GoPro, DJI Osmo, Insta360, Akaso); and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the venue and will need to be stored in the Cloakroom.

Attendee(s) can access restrooms located at the venue during the event. We encourage attendees to use the restroom before entering the event venue to avoid formation of long queues and/or waiting time. Please note that you will only be re-admitted at a suitable break during the performance.
