In 2026, Tsai Chin will embark on a brand-new concert tour – “Don’t Say Farewell”. More than a performance, it is an intimate conversation with her audience. She has shared that during the pandemic she once considered “saying goodbye to the stage,” but after rekindling her passion for music and feeling the anticipation of her listeners, she chose to return in her very best form. In her words: “Even if people are gone, the songs remain. These beautiful songs won’t say goodbye to us – and we won’t say goodbye to them.” Centred on the theme of “Singing on and on, until your own songs become classics,” this tour blends nostalgia with fresh charm, bringing back timeless masterpieces such as “Just Like Your Tenderness”, “Forgotten Time”, “Your Eyes”, “Zhang San’s Song” and “Reading You”. She will also debut original works that have never been performed on stage before. With touches of classic Broadway flair, the production promises a musical feast that transcends eras.
“Don’t Say Farewell” is not just the name of the concert, but the final chapter of Tsai Chin’s grand tour. Bringing soul-stirring classics and with heartfelt gratitude to the fans who have accompanied her for years, she will sing her heart out in Singapore in a night of nostalgia and emotion.
