These projects are part of the integrated resort’s multi-year, US$1.75 billion transformation

From palatial-style suites to urban sanctuaries filled with artful objects from the finest local and global artisans, Marina Bay Sands has ushered in a new era of luxury hospitality with the completion of its hotel room renovations, in its most significant milestone in its multi-year, US$1.75 billion transformation. This development follows dual celebrations at the integrated resort, which recently welcomed its 500 millionth visitor and marked its 15th anniversary.

The Sands Family Suite is the latest addition to the Sands Collection, offering spacious living spaces with a dedicated children’s room decked out with bunk beds, Nintendo Switch consoles, toys and intricate amenities

Fully refreshed last month, The Sands Collection is designed to be an urban sanctuary in the heart of the city with some 1,480 rooms and suites. It offers an extensive accommodation portfolio, from the elegant Sands Premier Room to the family-centric Sands Family Suite, catering to wide-ranging guest profiles. A Premium Services team attends to select guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience and supporting them throughout their stay.

Luxury at every turn throughout The Paiza Collection, from a Himalayan salt wall in the Horizon Suite and a golf simulator in select suites, to a discreet Paiza VIP arrival bringing guests straight to their residence

Meanwhile, the ultra-luxurious Paiza Collection, completed in November 2024 and featuring mostly suites, offers some 370 examples of best-in-class accommodation. This includes the three- to four-bedroom Chairman Suite fit for entertaining on a grand scale, with its 146” television, karaoke facilities and fully stocked kitchen; the two-bedroom Presidential Suite fitted out with a golf simulator loaded with world-renowned golf courses; and the one-bedroom Horizon Suite with its rejuvenating spa-in-a-city concept, comprising a Himalayan salt wall, hammam shower, dry sauna, private gym and two massage tables.

Highlights for Paiza guests range from the Paiza VIP Arrival, an exclusive arrival lounge with private lifts to suites, to the Paiza Sky Residence, an executive club lounge set atop the hotel. Guests receive round-the-clock service from a 160-strong Butler Services team – one of the largest butler teams in the world. Sky-high wellness classes include Sound Meditation, Hatha Yoga and Aqua Fit

Under the reinvestment programme, Marina Bay Sands launched an in-house Where Mind & Body Connect wellness programme last year, leveraging its iconic architecture to offer sound meditation, yoga and pilates classes at SkyPark Observation Deck and aqua fit workouts at the Infinity Pool. These complement wellness amenities found in rooms, from massage chairs to a premium water programme designed by a water sommelier, as well as THRIVE, a holistic wellness programme for delegates at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

Opening its doors in July 2025, Jin Ting Wan is set to be Singapore’s highest authentic Cantonese restaurant

Come July, Jin Ting Wan (金蜓湾), the highly anticipated authentic Cantonese restaurant by Marina Bay Sands, will open its doors at Level 55 of Hotel Tower 1. The concept will mark a bold new chapter in the integrated resort’s culinary legacy with a refined Cantonese dining experience.

Guests can look forward to traditional Cantonese dishes, paired with Jin Ting Wan’s curated selection of Chinese teas and an extensive collection of Chinese fine wines and rare vintages, upping the ante for elevated dining in Singapore and beyond. Serving lunch and dinner daily, the 162-seater restaurant will also feature two private dining suites for 12 and 14 with a dedicated service station and personal server, ensuring a highly tailored and seamless experience.
