Precautionary measures taken for the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation

Marina Bay Sands continues to be vigilant against the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Singapore, and remains guided by local authorities on the appropriate steps to take.

We have started to deploy temperature screening measures at the building-entrance level, all across the integrated resort. Any individual who displays a temperature of more than 38 degree Celsius will be politely turned away, therefore minimising any infection risks. This property-wide temperature screening measure has given our delegates, visitors and staff peace of mind, as they go about their daily work.

The latest measures will help us fortify our ring of defence, which already includes hourly cleaning and disinfection in public areas and shared spaces such as bathrooms. Hand sanitisers and surgical masks are also available at our concierge desks.

Despite the heightened stance, we also want to assure you that all our venues and facilities remain open for business.

Extension of three year partnership with ITB Asia

Marina Bay Sands has renewed its partnership with Messe Berlin (Singapore) as the show's official partner hotel for the next three years till 2021. The integrated resort is honoured to have hosted ITB Asia since 2014, and is proud to serve as the official venue for one of the most important events for the MICE community in Asia.

“Building communities is core to what we do at Marina Bay Sands. We are privileged to have contributed to the success of ITB Asia…offering creative solutions and flexible venue spaces to elevate the show experience and to enable deeper engagements for all delegates,” said Mr George Tanasijevich, President and Chief Executive Officer, Marina Bay Sands.

ITB Asia 2020 will take place at Sands Expo and Convention Centre from 21-23 October 2020.

Mott 32 Singapore

The acclaimed award-winning restaurant Mott 32 has opened at Marina Bay Sands, giving event organisers another stunning venue to host their delegate gatherings. The name "Mott 32" pays homage to 32 Mott Street in New York, where the city's first Chinese convenience store opened in 1891. At this spectacular Chinese fine-dining restaurant, guests can savour time-honoured dishes created with modern and innovative cooking techniques. Complementing the cuisine is Mott 32's cutting-edge mixology programme, inspired by Chinese culture and the flavours of Asia. It is this particular level of modernity, combined with a respect for tradition, that makes Mott 32 so spectacularly unique. An exquisitely designed restaurant interior, capturing the spirit of Mott 32 and inspired by Singapore’s botanicals, sets the scene for exclusive and memorable meetings with your business partners.
