For a non-guaranteed reservation, the Management has the right to release the reservation 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur full cancellation fees at the prevailing rate or exclusive member rate*.
In the event of no show, a fee equivalent to one night’s room charge (including applicable prevailing government taxes) will be charged to your credit card. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you will be charged for your entire stay (including applicable prevailing government taxes) for no show by you for prepaid reservations or reservations on blackout dates.
Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
Abuse of policy will result in revocation of membership. Management reserves the right to rescind the offer if recipient is blacklisted at any time upon receiving any promotional offers.
Marina Bay Sands is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or undeliverable email or postcards. Duplicate copies cannot be issued. Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. shall have the right to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. Marina Bay Sands Management reserves all rights.
