Which MASTERCARD Cards are entitled to participate in this promotion?

Applicable to Tourist only. Not applicable to card holders residing in Singapore and/or Mastercard credit cards issued in Singapore.

From now until 28 Feb 2023,

Mastercard World or World Elite cardholders can receive a 12-month Sands Rewards LifeStyle Elite tier membership with benefits.

Mastercard Platinum or Titanium cardholders can receive a 12-month Sands Rewards LifeStyle Prestige tier membership with benefits.

From 1 Mar 2023 onwards,

Mastercard World or World Elite cardholders can receive a 3-month Sands Rewards LifeStyle Elite tier membership with benefits.

Mastercard Platinum or Titanium cardholders can receive a 3-month Sands Rewards LifeStyle Prestige tier membership with benefits.

Can I enjoy this promotion if I have an existing Sands Rewards Lifestyle membership?

Present your Mastercard card at any Sands Rewards counter to upgrade your Sands Rewards LifeStyle membership accordingly.

What will happen to my membership after the validity period?

For cardholders who received a 12-month membership upgrade:

Accumulate spending of more than S$50,000 for Elite tier and S$2,000 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the 12 months to maintain your membership status for another 12 months.

If the spending criteria is not met within the 12 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your last 12-month spending.

For cardholders who received a 3-month membership upgrade:

Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier and S$500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the first 3 months to maintain your membership status for another 9 months, enjoying a total of 12 months membership benefits.

If the spending criteria is not met within the first 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your last 12-month spending or from the day of signing up the membership (whichever is longer).

Do I need to present my physical membership card to enjoy the membership benefits?

You will need to present either your physical membership card or e-card to enjoy the benefits.

Can my membership card be used by someone else?

No, the membership card and the benefits are not transferrable. PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at retail outlets.

What should I do if I lose my membership card?

Visit a Sands Rewards counter for assistance and to get a replacement card.

How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Complimentary Elite tier upgrade for Third Party Partners may be redeemed once per membership account. For example, Mastercard cardholders who have redeemed an Elite upgrade offer before will not be eligible for another Mastercard or UnionPay cardholder card tier upgrade.

Full-day parking benefits are limited to cardholders enjoying the Elite membership upgrade and is limited to a maximum of 10 redemptions per month. Cardholders enjoying the Prestige membership can redeem for parking privileges from as low as $4 Reward Dollars with any minimum spending using their Sands Rewards LifeStyle card.

This promotion is valid for a one-time redemption per member. Members who have redeemed an Elite/Prestige upgrade offer under Third Party Partners will not be eligible for another.
