We have banned critically endangered seafood species and products, such as Bluefin Tuna, Red Groupers and Sharks Fin to conserve endangered species.
We are proud to support regional and local farmers and producers. Our menu features fruit such as mango from Thailand and lime from Malaysia and Vietnam, and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and spinach from Australia. Most of our microgreens and edible flowers are sourced from producers in Singapore.
We source most of our eggs from cage-free farms in Singapore or free-range farms in Malaysia. Our chickens are sourced from Malaysia.
