JAPANESE | FINE DINING | BAR | SIGNATURE RESTAURANT
KOMA isn’t just a Japanese restaurant and bar — it’s an immersive world designed to impress. The experience begins with a passageway of glowing vermillion arches inspired by Kyoto’s Fushimi Inari Shrine, leading into a sultry bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Beyond lies the cavernous dining room, dominated by a 2.5m-tall Japanese bell set above a traditional footbridge.
This striking setting frames a menu showcasing seasonal Japanese produce and seafood in modern presentations. Enjoy light makis, nigiri and sashimi, or indulge in showstoppers such as Snow-aged Niigata Wagyu Ribeye, Kaluga Queen Oscietra Caviar and King Crab Sumiyaki from the robata grill.
An artfully curated selection of cocktails, wines, sakes and spirits completes a dramatic night to be remembered.
