Dining out in this new era will be accompanied by an abundance of care. These include:

  • TraceTogether-only venue: Present your TraceTogether App or Token for SafeEntry check-in and out.
  • Temperature screening: Temperature screening will be conducted prior to entry.
  • Safe distancing measures: Diners are capped at groups of eight or fewer per table, while groups are to be seated at least one metre apart.
  • Digital menus: Guests can view menus on their personal mobile devices via a QR code.
  • Enhanced hygiene protocol: Increasing the disinfection of common spaces, high touch surfaces and interactive components.
  • Enhanced protection: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks and/or gloves will be worn by restaurant staff where appropriate.

During this period, dining reservations are required as seating capacities will be limited. Please also note:

  • Alcohol sales and service will cease at 10:10pm. This is to ensure compliance with Singapore Government regulations that require consumption of alcoholic beverages to cease by 10:30pm.
  • Guests are encouraged to opt for cashless or contactless payment modes.

A multi-sensory dining experience

KOMA, a new concept from TAO Group, is a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar offering a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Featuring original creations, KOMA takes a bold and distinct approach in its menu, incorporating fresh and seasonal produce and ingredients from Japan. Recommended dishes include the Salmon Pillow and D.I.Y. Spicy Tuna, while meat lovers can look forward to the A5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin or the Hobayaki Snow Aged Niigata Wagyu Ribeye.

Guests enter through a striking 20m passageway lined with orange arches, reminiscent of the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, into an intimate lounge where one can experience creative new cocktails or choose from the venue’s extensive sake list. A dramatic 2.5m tall one-of-a-kind Japanese "bell," which presides above a traditional Japanese foot bridge, provides a focal point for the main dining room, which is complemented by soaring high ceilings, an oversized sushi bar and a private dining room at the mezzanine. KOMA will present a next level dining experience where guests can enjoy great food and conversation in a dramatic, unique setting created by the world renowned design firm Rockwell Group.
