We serve several ASC* and MSC* certified seafood products including Patagonian Toothfish from South Georgia, Boston Lobster and Tiger Prawn from Vietnam.

We have banned critically endangered seafood species and products, such as Bluefin Tuna, Red Groupers and Shark’s Fin to conserve endangered species.
We are proud to support regional and local farmers and producers. Our menu features spinach from Australia, corn from Malaysia and mango from Thailand. Most of our microgreens and edible flowers are sourced from producers in Singapore.
We source most of our eggs from cage-free farms in Singapore.
