Mott 32 has been at the forefront of driving global change and awareness around sustainability for the past decade. Apart from sourcing local produce and creating sustainable and deliciously plant-based menu options, we have also eliminated plastic from take-home packaging by only using compostable materials.
Mott 32 strives to reduce energy consumption and lead the charge in the F&B industry to create circular food systems with a low carbon impact.
We serve a selection of ASC and MSC-certified* seafood products including Maine lobster from the United States, prawns from Vietnam, and sablefish from France.

To conserve endangered species, we have banned critically endangered seafood species and products, such as Bluefin Tuna, Red Garoupa, and Sharks Fin.
We are proud to support regional and local farmers and producers. Our menu features ginger, eggplants, and cucumbers from Malysia and edible flowers from producers in Singapore.
We offer a range of high quality wines including certified organic and biodynamic varieties.
