RISE RESTAURANT
At RISE, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of sustainability in all aspects of our operations. Our initiatives reflect our dedication to sustainability, creating a responsible and enjoyable dining experience for all.
We have been recognised by Singapore Food Agency’s Farm to Table programme for our use of locally farmed eggs and bean sprouts. This programme helps support Singapore’s 30 by 30 Green Plan by supporting locally grown produce.
We serve a number of ASC, MSC and BAP-certified* seafood products including salmon from Norway, Boston lobsters from the United States, shrimp from Vietnam and seabass from Malaysia.
*ASC: Aquaculture Stewardship Council, MSC: Marine Stewardship Council, BAP: Best Aquaculture Practices
To conserve endangered species, we have banned critically endangered seafood species, such as blue fin tuna, red garoupa and shark’s fin.
We are proud to support regional and local farmers and producers. Our menu features fruit such as rock melon from Australia, pineapple and banana from the Philippines, and watermelon from Malaysia. We also source our kale from Singapore and Australia, asparagus from Australia, cucumber, ginger and cherry tomatoes from Malaysia.
The majority of our eggs are sourced from local cage-free farms, while chicken is from neighbouring Malaysia and a large portion of them is Humane Certified.
