Sustainable Seafood

We serve a selection of ASC, MSC or BAP-certified* seafood products including Ōra King Salmon from New Zealand, Toothfish (Black Cod) from Patagonia, Boston Lobster from United States, and prawns from Vietnam.

To conserve endangered species, we have banned critically endangered seafood species and products, such as Bluefin Tuna, Red Garoupa, and Sharks Fin.

We are proud to support regional and local farmers and producers. Our menu features watermelon, pineapple, coconut, corn and cherry tomatoes from Malaysia. Edible flowers and herbs like basil, sorrel and coriander are sourced from producers in Singapore.
