The restaurant combines the freshest Australian seasonal produce with French culinary arts and Japanese-style presentation. Your gastronomic journey begins with a warm welcome by our attentive staff. Proceed to dinner in one of three private cocoon rooms, each helmed by a chef.

Signature dishes include Marinated Botan Shrimp with Sea Urchin and Oscietra Caviar, and Japanese Ohmi Wagyu Roll from Shiga Prefecture with Wasabi and Citrus Soy.

Finish off your meal with dessert in the drawing room that offers spectacular views of Marina Bay. Afterwards, retreat to The Bar at Waku Ghin for post-dinner drinks, including premium sake and Japanese-style cocktails.
